The A Team in front of the 'A' in California Us on our return to Disneyland
Today, we went to California Adventure. It was very hard to get up this morning, besides that I have finals this week which I needed to work on this morning. So, we got a later start. Once we got to the park we had tons of fun. First, we hit the Grizzly River Run, which was great because it was overcast, but warm enough for Washingtonians to get wet and still be happy, so there was no line! We ran around the park and did a lot of the rides and activities. It was definitely a different feel there. It's way more laid back, a lot less people, etc. Anyway, Brad, Britany, and the girls were at Disneyland meeting Cinderella and some of the princesses. So in the afternoon we met up and did a bunch of the rides together. The kids loved having their cousins there! In the evening we met up with Mom and Dad for dinner in Downtown Disney. But, we wanted to make it back in time for us girls to go on the California Screamin' rollercoaster as the boys had done it while we were waiting for the table to be ready at dinner. Apparently, Armand was telling Britany that I would never go on it. So to prove him wrong Britany and I went twice! I was SO nauseous, but it was so cool! While we were doing that the Daddy's took the five kids to the Electrical Parade. California Adventure closes fairly early so we went back to Disneyland afterwards so that Brad and Armand could hit some of the big rides they had missed yesterday. Again we didn't get home until after midnight, but at least we were smart enough to remember where we had parked, which saved us about an hour hahah!
